I've had a wide range of strange jobs, including working at two SF/F book stores, driving drunk people home in their own cars for a living, collecting for charity door-to-door and being a 'lollipop man', or, more formally, a Road Traffic Controller. Now, I'm in an IT job.
I'm a long-time fan of anime, but not an 'anime fan', and a long-time member of the Perth SF/F fandom community.
